Why does everyone hate the Patriots

I am a Patriots fan, but so many people hate them. Maybe they are jealous because their team cant go 18-0 and win Super Bowls. But why do they hate them. Please, no answers about them cheating.

Forget about what other people think. They will still use the whole cheating thing even though it's now a new season and the past is in the past. People will use it forever which is pathetic because since they hate the Pats, they will never let it go. All of that is over and we are starting over. If you notice, some say they cheat, not they used to cheat. If they believe, or should I say want to believe it still going on, then their stupid. It's obvious their not going to do anything from this point on, and I really don't wanna hear anymore about it. It's 2008, lets move on. But no, we can't do that, can we?

Also, as was said by someone else, when your on top and winning, fans of teams who are not winning, can't help but experience jealousy just like I used to be jealous of the Yankees for what they did all those years.

well aside from the cheating, its not just the teams ego, but when people talk about them, that person seems to get a large ego. the "fans" have no facts or response's to comments other than to say  "we got super bowls you don't" or "18-0". its like robots. the same thing over and over. though the "fans" can say that, i can say with confidence that more than half of the "fans" couldn't name 5 players on either side of the ball before 2000. its a bandwagon team and the arrogance and stupidity that comes from the "fans" is what makes people hate them. the team loses the "fans" leave for the other boston bandwagons. its the same with the Celtics and the red sox's. but thats for another question.

Its the same with the yankees, when you win a lot people start hating. The cheating plays into it as well, you can't pretend it didn't happen.
