Why does everyone keep selling their xbox 360?

Hi,

I am just about to get a Xbox, but i keep wondering why everyone sells for so little. Im getting mine for 225 for the console and a few extras. Im just wondering right now, why does every1 keep selling theirs?

Also, what games should i get for xbox360?

Currently Im getting: Rainbow 6 Vegas, H3, COD4, GTA4, Ghost recon 2. I want some other games besides shooting.

most people i kno always sell their stations after a new one come out so that may be why and idk maybe try some racing games.
