Why does everyone post questions to questions even when the question is clear?

Now I know this is tough but you have to leave answers here so any sentence that ends in a QUESTION MARK may not be left here!

The problem is that so many of the questions are barely questions at all. You have to put so much effort in trying to figure out what the illiterate fool is asking, before you can even think about answering the question.

And sometimes the question is just so muddled or general that there is no way to answer it without further information. So we ask questions. The questioner can add additional information and the answerer can edit their answer if the information is provided.
