Why does everyone start trying to curse me out when I make a turn?

I'm a new driver and I only have my learner's permit, I'm 16. If I'm approaching an intercestion and I have my turn singal on, even if I'm going a reasonable speed, adults still try to curse me out. Why do adult drivers always expect me to make a turn extremely quickly without a problem? I take my time, but I don't go to slow, so I don't put anyone in a hazard. I have a label that reads students driver on my car and yet I'm expected to be as good a driver as someone who has been driving for 20 years. I haven't even gotten my actual license yet.

  1. welcome to real life

  2. "...yet I'm expected to be as good a driver as someone who has been driving for 20 years".

LOL  People pick up a lot of bad habits in 20 years...

  3. I gotta agree completely with Robert B and Orion

  4. DONT DISRUPT THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC!!!!

if you go to slow you could be an accident

  5. Now you know how road rage starts.

  6. Take the label off.

If you're driving, you are(?) an adult.

    Get some more experience.

  7. Take that label off, that's probably why people are getting mad. More experienced drivers are likely to get annoyed just seeing a new driver on the road, so just take it off and you'll probably see a lot less people cussing at you. They just cuss at you right now cause they know your a new driver!

  8. You can expect to receive some disrespect if you have a label that reads "student driver" on your car.
