Like I'll be out in the sun, then when I walk inside for a second, the lights are all pink and green...what is that?

  1. The sunlight actually "burns" the retina on the back of your eyes and when you walk into a darker room, it takes a minute for your eyes to restore the retina back to their original state.

  2. idk but it happens to me if im outside for a long time

  3. Your pupils are enlargened when you're in the sun because there's so much light. When the light changes or darkens, your pupil changes and dilates to adjust to the light and it takes a few seconds for your vision to adjust along with it. You'll learn the full science of it around 7th grade Biology.

The sunlight doesn't BURN your retina.
