Why does glue not dry in the bottle but drys out of the bottle?

  1. Glue needs air to dry.  If you keep a cap on the bottle, it will not dry.  If take the cap off it will dry out even in the bottle.


  2. because the isn't a lot of air in the bottle, just a minimal amount
