its just the weather patterns. the climate and environment make it perfect for hurrcanes. the southeast is naturally prone to hurricanes and storms alike.

The reason for the increase in hurricanes is the increase in temperature of the Caribbean.  This increase in temperature has been brought about by increase in pollution by the countries bordering it.  Reduce the pollution, and you reduce the temperature.  reduce the temperature and you reduce the risk of hurricanes.

I don't know. If I knew the answer to that I would be G-d and I am certainly not G-d.

I can only say that G-d knows what he is doing and his judgment is always fair. It is not my place to judge G-d. I can question, pray, etc but in the end, I trust G-d knows what he is doing for reason that I cannot comprehend.
