Why does god place so many conditions in the bible?

If the "bible god" loves so intently and unconditionally then why are there more than 1750 plus conditions to gain his approval, acceptance and love?

The Law makes us realize how sinfull we really are.  But no matter how bad we are, God loves us and wants us to accept him.

For man to eventually realize that there is no way he can remain sinless.

Yes, he loved us so much that He died for us while we were still His enemies.  That having been said, there are only 2 conditions to live with Him forever, ( there are none to gain His approval, He will love us wether we do them or not )  1) Have respect and concern for God, 2) Have respect and concern for your neighbor.  There's the whole thing in a nutshell.
