  1. becoz u r reminded that god gave u legs. umm ur not disabled...... u can run....ur saving the einvironment.... u get to see stuff...u make other people envious of u wen u run past them and they know they cant run becoz they are too fat....there are many reasons..

You'll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Exercise even reduces feelings of depression and anxiety.

  3. Endorphins (happy brain chemicals)are released creating a euphoric state. Some people become addicted to running just like drugs because it does the same thing.

    The last part may sound weird but fatty foods or just being inactive can drag on a person.  Everyday exercise has even been shown to lower levels of depression.
