  1. who told you that?

  2. growth and physical maturity is delayed in gymnast because of the high intensity training.  Especially the stress that is put on joints.  Basically, The body is so busy repairing itself, it doesnt have time to grow.  Many people say this is not true but I know first hand that it is.  I was a gymnast up to almost elite level.  But my mother made me quit because I had a bad neck injury that scared the life out of her.  I was the short kid in class during all the years I trained   I practically never grew out of clothes I was S-H-O-R-T.  Then after I was out for a couple of months.  I shot up like a rocket.  It was weird.  Other people I know who fell out of the sport also shot up shortly after.  Except for people who passed what I consider the growing cap (age 18 or 19 or so) Another weird thing is that gynast get their periods really late. But there are studies that show that gymnast have higher bone densities than regular people.  Google it.  There is a surplus of info on this topic

  3. idk but i'm soooooo glad you think that too i thought it was only me oooooo i'm soooooooooo happy

um i think its a sickness that they get or they throw themselves around too much that they distroy there bones idk

oh i hate gymnast there are to short and s****.

  4. It doesn't. Most gymnasts are small because it's easier to work on beam and uneven bars with less height and weight. Petite is the preferred build for gymnasts which is why most professionals are small.

  5. It does? I didn't know that.

I though it did the opposite.
