Why does harry Potter 6 moved to next year?

Why did Warner postponed it? how do you feel that it will be no longer this year?

They said with the writer's strike and everything else being delayed and coming out now that they should wait until next year because it would be better for the movie earnings.

I'm a little peeved, but I guess it's whatever, the movie producers think they can very well do whatever they like and that's fine. It just pisses me off, but there's nothing I can do about it.

supposedly because of post production problems but people are saying because of the success of the dark night and the release of twilight , which may over shadow the release of the new harry potter .I'm dissapointed with warner brothers

The release of the movie has been delayed because the star (Daniel Radcliffe) is currently acting in the Broadway play Equus in which he not only appears to be naked but also simulates s*x with a horse. Warner is concerned (and rightfully so) that the releasing the new Harry Potter movie will draw attention to Daniel's current role as a naked horse-molester, besmirching the clean, kid-friendly image that the Harry Potter series has held onto so well.

If they wait until the run of Equus is over, then they hope that the public will have moved on and Radcliffe's newest role will be a non-issue.

Maybe it was because they are looking for a look alike for the guy who was murdered, they are probably out of cash, they may want JK Rowling to write a lil bit more.Maybe it is pay issues,m until a proper reason is given , all we can do is guess

Because movie people are retarded. I heard they want it to be a summer movie so more people will go to see it, so they moved it to next year.

Yes, yes a cast member did die but it was just an extra. They wouldn't have to postpone the movie release for that. Are they going to release it on his birthday or something in memory of him. Puhlease. They didn't even really do anything for the old guy who was playing dumbledor before.

I'd like to see you make a better movie when the public is impatient like you and that a member of their "team" died almost at the end of the production of the movie
