Why does he act like that?

Question

Whenever I'm nice to him, he simply ignores me. And when he's nice to me then I reply to it with gratitude, he ignores me again.

example: I always send him holiday greetings and he never thank me for them or even replies. But he actually sent me a birthday greeting on my birthday and I replied with thank you. Two days passed and I was trying to call him to tell him something important, he never replied to me and said that his phone was dead and I felt he was acting weird!!

What's wrong with him?

I'm confused really should I ignore him too and never send him greetings or what, becoz he was nice and sent me a birthday greeting, I dunno if I should ignore him on his birthday?

I've meet who were nice all the time, and I also met people who were not nice all the time, but this guy is a like a mix so I don't know how to ddeal with him?

Never call him.  And don't send him a birthday greeting.

Most of the time he ignores you.. the only nice thing he ever did was to remember your birthday... I believe I would stop dealing with him altogether.. This is too complicated... I guess you are too nice for him.  Maybe he likes mean girls.. You deserve better. You will never be able to rely on him. Most of the time he won't be talking to you but ignore you. I don't know what kind of issues he has. Just show him the cold shoulder, maybe then he will talk to you. It seems that whenever you are nice to him, he doesn't like it. This friendship would be too difficult for me and you deserve someone who respects you, he doesn't.
