Why does he seem uncomfortable?

Ok, so i asked a question 2days ago.(I like this guy. he sits by my new friend. debating to sit with them or not. ended up going and sitting with them) He is a really nice guy, but for some reason he seemed uncomfortable sitting next to me.(i sat between him and my other friend) he is kinda shy, but its not like im going to bite him or something... any idea why he could be acting so weird? any advice on how to "ease the tension?"

Sounds like your coming on TOO STRONG.........BACK OFF...... & give the dude room to  BREATHE......   he was sitting by your friend, he LIKES HER..........  you should not have sat between them two, that's kinda childish........   Back Off,  give this guy SPACE.

Dude, just say something totally stupid. I am 23 and I've finally realized that you just gotta say f*^% it. I would go up to that guy and be like, "Hey, I think I'm gonna sit by you today, because you seem pretty cool." And then eat something in front of him, something easy to eat though. Get over your insecurities in front of guys sooner than later, and don't even think of being more than friends with him. Becoming close friends with guys will help you develop better relationships in the future. If you are too shy to sit with a guy, the chances of you having a good relationship at this stage are not very good, because you are not ready. So look at him as just a friend, if he doesn't seem interested in becoming friends, there are plenty of fish in the sea. You will get so many more chances it's sick.

Talk to him.  Tease him about how shy he is in a nice way, tell him you like that about him.

Maybe he likes your friend and not you, and wanted to sit by her, so he is trying to get u to move, but he isnt open enough to say it,,,,, You'll hate this answer, but I'm sorry, I've been there. :)
