Why does he tell me...?

Okay, so everytime I put an outfit on I like to ask for his opinion. He always seems to have something negative to say. So I end up wearing something different. However lately, I've been ignoring his comments about how my clothes look on me. My friends/people tell how lovely I look! Why does he tell me the opposite?

Either he is scared that he is going to loose you or he just don't like the clothes you wear.

If i was you i would'nt care what he says it's about you and what you want to wear not him so ignore him and just wear what you want he is just scared to loose you x

maybe the clothing choice is a bit more "s**y" than he's comfortable with, so he tells you negative things to get you to change.  Lots of guys don't want their girlfriends attracting attention from guys.

OR

he has no clue, and you shouldn't bother asking his opinion.

maybe because he doesnt want anyone else looking at you..he wants to be the only one looking at you...maybe he has a little jealousy problem idk

i think that you should continue to wear what you want if it make you feel good about yourself...and also talk to him about it...that might help
