  1. Because your heart works harder to get oxygen to your body during exercise. So it pumps more blood out to disperse the oxygen levels in your blood.

  2. it does so because when you exercise Exertion on the body causes the need for blood to be circulated at a faster rate - thus the heart rate increases to make this happen. This can be a good thing.

  3. because it has to pump more blood through your body faster

  4. You're muscles want more oxygen & sugar and they also want to get rid of the carbon dioxide, so you'll breath faster (for more oxygen in & CO2 out) & you're heart will beat faster to carry everything around that much faster.

Your digestive system will also slow to a crawl, to conserve energy (& O2) for your heart, lungs and the the muscles.

  5. because when you exersize you adrenolin is pumping faster which makes your heart an brain need more blood fast

just like we breathe faster to get more air our hearts beat faster to get pump more blood

  6. Adrenaline is racing and making your blood pump faster into your heart
