  1. Good question, just like hot cofffe tastes different than cold coffee, but I think it's just a trick on our taste buds........haha


  2. Good question.

    This is because our tongue (and its receptors) reacts differently to different temperatures.

    For example, sugared water tastes a lot more sweeter if it is cold, and not so sweet when it is hot.

    So, when we talk about water, it usually contain a certain amount of various salts in it. So it is the salts that taste differently. The pure distilled H2O have a neutral taste, both hot and cold.

  3. its just that in hot water, the atoms r vigorously vibrating and in rapid velocity, so due to exited atoms, we feel that hot water has a unique taste...

  4. your sensor  on your tongue  send wrong message to your brain it is not depend on water it is about your sensor on your tongue  send different when face to warm water or cold water
