Why does i have pain in my right stomach and back,too?

hope someone can help me,i'm having this pain in my right stomach and my back.but sometimes,after i had eaten meal the pain gradually goes away.is it work?cause my work is very heavy.i thought it was uti,i had gone to the hospital for x-ray but the result is normal.

It could very possibly be your gall bladder.  Has it been going on for some time?  If it just started, it could also be your appendix.

Maybe its just gas. If the Dr. said your fine, then your probably fine.
