  1. It rains because Manchester is a dirty grim mill town!


  2. It rains because it's in the north of England! Manchester doesn't get anymore or less rain that any other town in England.

  3. Because it is hemmed in by the Pennines which stop rain clouds from moving on as easily as they do in other areas-they form a natural barrier which traps them over the Manchester area-sucks huh!
