It's very difficult to answer this since it is more a lame statement than an actual query.  My advice for the person who posted this nonsense is to remove his head from his deep, dark and odiferous o*****e and seek STAT psychological help.  ECT (electro-convulsive therapy) would most likely help as well.

it's called edging. you can also do it when you m********e. you feel much better cause you are prolonging the arousal. so when you let go, it feels even better.

it is different for each guy and some guys do report that they feel better the second time around as the feeling is stronger than the first one and because you are turned on even more.
