  1. Because your feet are hot and sweaty.

  2. lettin them breathe  and relax..

  3. That's why.  You're home.  You associate taking your socks off with all of the things that you'll do to relax when you get home.  And taking your socks off is prelude to all of that.

(I knew that undergrad degree in Psych would come in handy someday ☺)

    Doug

  4. at last you touch them with your sweet hands

  5. When i come back from school and get rid of my school uniform, i feel relaxed. I think this is so because subconsciously, we are uncomfortable when we are wearing clothes which we wear when we are going outside. This is so because everyone want to look good; more hygenic, more appealing and that will make you a little tense.

I think you are one of those people(like me), who dont wear socks at home. People who wear socks at home may not be familiar with such sensation.

  6. cuz i worked for 12 hours and had to drive home 30 miles with no AC.

    EDIT:

WTF with all the thumbs down?It was an honest answer!

Am i a bad guy for working and commuting? Whoever gave them to me probably doesn't work.

  7. Because the shoes press the socks against the skin making it feel constricted and you don't really notice that feeling until you take your shoes and socks off.

I can't wait to go home and do just that! =)

  8. It's because your feet are finally free! Which also symbolizes your own freedom from the tyranny of work, school, shoes, society, whatever is holding you in its constraints.

    Ah, I love that feeling!
