Why does it grow back???

Question

If you pull hair - let's say underarm hair, by its roots, why does it grow back?

Because we can't pull it from the roots. Stay waxing them. They'll finish after a few months.

pulling out your hair doesnt prevent it from growing back.

you can get ingrown hairs like that though

Don't pull out the hairs it will be very sore and will hurt after a while, anyway, it is impossible to pull it out by the root because that brows inside of the skin. Also,, you would have to destroy the hair follicule which is basically impossible to do. Hope I helped!
