Why does it hurt under my left breast when i breath?

It's like a sharp stabbing pain it comes and goes. But when it comes, i cannot take a deep breath bc the pain is so bad.

  1. maybe you ate alot that happens cause the pressure in the oxygen in your body it gets bigger everytime you breath so take short breaths { Like  cat } or go to the doctor

  3. oh i get exactly the same, i always wonder why. i think it's just normal and after a few painful deep breaths it goes. it seems to be normal.

  4. The way my doctor explained it to me was that there is like "plastic wrap" around your lung. When you take a breath the "plastic wrap" lets go of your lung, but when you feel that pain it's not letting go, it's clinging to it. Ibuprofen helps, that's about all you can do. Hope this helped at least explain it a little! I've had this problem for about 24 years.
