This morning I woke up to go to the bathroom, and it burned horribly. I wasn't sure what was going on; it felt like fire at the tip of my p***s.

Do you think that it was because I got soap in it when I masturbated in the shower? I've done it before but it never hurt and I don't want to tell my mom because she'll get mad

Wait for a couple of hours. If it passes, it was soap. No need to tell anything. If not,bladder infection. Then you have to tell because you may need antibiotics, but, you can skip the masturbation part because it has no relevance.

you either have an STD, or a bladder inflection. go see a doctor, because it will only get worse from here.

you may have cystitis so i think it is best if you go and see your doctor
