  1. your not bleeding enough for the absorbancy your using so when you have to forcibly remove the tampon you're tearing the walls, so the next time you put one in it hurts and is uncomfortable, use a lighter absorbancy if you can, and i would suggest instead of pulling harder when it won't move get a wet washrag and let the cotton soak up some water it should slide right out.

  2. idk but try playtex gentle glide.

the first time i used one besides that it hurt me too!

gentle glide is the BEST. it doesnt hurt at all.

  3. its dry

  4. It is important to change it every 6-8 hours, but if you take it out too soon, it can be a bit uncomfortable, too due to dryness.

  5. I have the same issue as you..! just figured thats how it was but I guess not..

  6. Make sure you use the lowest absorbency  tampon first, and then make sure you arent taking it out too soon (this will cause there to be a lot of friction aka rubbing condensed cotton against your vaginal wall). Also this might seem silly but are you taking the cardboard packaging off of the tampon before inserting it? I didnt know when I first used one :)

  7. because when it goes in its small and light but when its time to come out its fulled and heavy and it streaches your holee
