Why does it rain everyday in winter? I know its winter but I want to know anyway.?

It doesn't rain more during the winter than the summer. As you have already been told, it all depends on where you live and the local climate.

However, if you live in a temperate region say, between the latitudes 60 and 30 north or south, you are in a region where a front exists between the cold and dry air from the pole and the often humid and warmer air from the tropical region.

During the year, the temperature changes very little in the tropical region but the pole goes from a long summer day to a long winter night. It means that during the winter the DIFFERENCE of temperature between the two are much greater and that's why strong weather and deep low pressures like storms are more frequent during the autumn and winter than spring and summer.

Strong convections (air rising in low pressures) brings more rain. But that can affected by your location; if you live near the coast, if you live behind a mountain range, etc.

It doesn't necessarily; some areas are much more prone to winter rains than others.  Wet areas are typically traversed by the jet stream, which will pick up moisture on the way and dump it on whatever is underneath.

Rain and snow occur frequently in late Fall and early Winter whenever a cold front comes down from the North and meets a warmer mass of air. More often than not, the warm air is coming off the ocean from the southeast.  

Just as you see a film of water forming on the outside of a glass holding cold liquid meeting the  warmer air, that's exactly how rain drops form and snow crystals, too.  Both rain and snow start as small structures in the sky and gain in size as they fall.  

Often times, the atmosphere is so dry, the moisture evaporates before  it reaches the ground.
