  1. i donno

  2. the first one.

  3. Clouds are caused by moisture that is lifted, condenses and attaches to dust particles in the air ( hygroscopic nuclei).  When a cloud becomes super-saturated (can hold no more water) and the updrafts are overcome by gravity, it begins to rain.

  4. After the water evaporates , it condenses around a dust particle ( every raindrop has a dust particle inside it ) these form clouds ( Nimbus ) when the cloud passes through a cold front the cold air condenses the cloud  ( makes it thicker ) to a point where the weight of the droplets overcome with gravity , fall to the ground . The air temperature determines whether it falls as rain , sleet snow or hail. The hight and wind speed determine the droplet size

  5. there are three main kinds of rain which are classified by the way in which the air is cooled. Conventional rain occurs in warm regions. the Sun evaporates moisture which rises in strong convection currents of hot air. cooling of the air leads to the formation of cumulonimbus (rain) clouds.

in equatorial regions, convectional is often a daily occurrence. the land is heated in the morning, clouds form in the afternoon, and rain falls during a thunderstorm, approximately the same time every day.

Cyclonic rain occurs in depressions (low pressure air systems). clouds form when warm air is forced above cold, dense air.

Orographic rain occurs when air currents rise over mountain ranges. the rising air cools and clouds form. rain then falls on the mountain slopes.

  6. it rains because when clouds forms due to droplets of water and if it is heavy it will rain

    mihai and neville

    you two are nuts!!

    yeah liz t is right!

  8. because god is crying

  9. I don't know.....good question!!!

  10. so the plants can grow

  11. yeah that's right because god is crying, and when it's snowing it's god's  dandruff...

  12. Rain is other wise known as percipitation, this happens when the atmosphere sucks up droplets of water and they collect in what they form (clouds)

Eventually the water droplets collect and get so heavy it causes it to rain.

  13. well Liz t. took the words right out of my mouth
