  1. Because of the warn current,

did you know when the Americas first joined this directed the warm current towards us (UK) and sent us back into another ice age as the warm air meant more Snow and ice

  2. it rains here in Australia and Spain and netherlands, etc! heavy rain in a lot of countries, due to pollution of fireworks in Beijing Olympic. later~

  3. The Gulf Stream, a huge current of warm water flows past the uk, it interacts with the cold atmosphere of the uk which is a northern county, the result is a lot of rain.

  4. It's in what is known as a "west coast maritime" climate. Basicly; cool, humid air following the prevailling air currents travel from the west in the ocean over the land masses of western Europe north of Iberia. They bring lots of cool, damp weather. Similar climates can be found in N.America's Pacific Northwest, parts of Chile and part's of New Zealand as well.

  5. Its a combination of the gulf stream and the east Greenland current (see reference for map) the super cooling of the gulf stream causes condensation in the air witch result its high humidity, fog and precipitation.

  6. Because of the gulf current which brings warm waters up towards the UK then when the cold are of the UK area mixes with the warm waters, steam condenses after evaporating causing rain.
