  1. cuz the clouds are everywhere but where the sun is =]]]

  2. MOTHER NATURE NEEDED A GOOD CRY.........ON A SUNNY SUNNY DAY.........IT'S NORMAL...........

  3. that's not always the case.

on the other hand, sometimes showers are local, and areas near the shower are still sunny.

if you're on the edge, you can get rain even when the clouds are not directly overhead.

  4. The "rainfall" that you get is caused by the violent wind-shaft that blows it in (sideways.)

Yes, the "open" sky directly overhead allows the sunlight to shine in, but the storm-front nearby blows in the rainfall from the side.

My family in Eu. calls the "Christmas in H**l."

  5. That's when God cries, it happens alot

  6. Old Wives Tale:  It's going to rain at the same time tomorrow.

  7. Rain is formed when moisture hit cool air.  Usually when it's sunny, the hot air on the ground will raise so rain can't form.  But If the sun is not strong enough, the air up there may be cool enough to create rain.

  8. When the Sun is rising or about to set

and a big cloud is above your head

it may rain and be sunny

(I know it is not funny)

    at the same time.

  9. Rain may fall from clouds on the horizon or even out of sight. They are up there somewhere.

  10. Rain happens when the water molecules in the air becomes too dense (closely packed together) to remain a gas.  The sunshine does not prevent this.

  11. It depends on several different variables.  I have entered a website where you can ask a meteorologist and they can give you a more accurate answer than any of us can, unless they themselves are meteorologists.  I hope this helps!

  12. Cuz the sun breaks through the clouds

  13. Its an angle... the sun shines down on an angle through the clouds or as you can say it shins underneath the cloud... however those clouds can still be gray hence rain clouds.. hence rain & sun.

    Also called Devils-fair.

  14. I heard an old wives tale also that the devil is beating his wife!

  15. the cloud is too heavy.

  16. Seriously, because the sun is out.  Rain forming clouds pass overhead and it rains.  They move with the wind and you get sunshine thereafter.  If it was night time it wouldn't be sunny.  There has to be clouds for their to be rain.  Otherwise you are hallucinating and may want to consider committing yourself to a mental institution.

  17. god pissing on your parade.

Because there was enough water in the clouds to gain enough weight to fall out of the air.

technically speaking the sun is always out when it rains during the day... you just cant see it... so it is sunny outside... just above the cloud cover.
