  1. Yeah you can upgrade and have a CD player installed you can buy one from mopar which is the official make of accessories for Chrysler. I had one installed in my jeep there was a space in the boot for the CD changed then i simply had to run a wire down the side underneath the lining of the car and attach it to the back of my stock car radio but i have stock sat nav so :D hope this helps

  2. maybe it's a warning for Co-ck Driving

  3. Where exactly does it say CD?  On the tape deck?  Anyhow, that is probably for controlling a CD changer.  It doesn't necessarily mean you have one, just that one was available.

  4. Some Chrysler vehicles are equipped with a separate CD player.  Whether yours has the CD player or not, the radio/cassette unit has a button to select CD.  That's because they use the same radio/cassette player in vans with a CD player and without a CD player.

  5. sometimes (more common in used cars) people take out the cd changers from cars that some equipped with them and sell them without it and the caonsole will still say cd.....

  6. because that is the plug to plug your cd player into so you can hear it over your radio speakers. you plug the wire from the  headphone jack of the cd player to the plug in the radio.you can get the wire from radio shack for about $5.00

  7. Perhaps there is a cd changer somewhere in the car???? Look in the trunk??? Or the console.
