Why does it say web page offline ? HELP!!?

MY PC SAYS I HAVE A GREAT CONNECTION AND ALLTHE WIRES ARE CONNECTED ...

AND I HAVE NOT SET MY INTERNET FOR WORK OFFLINE

BUT IT IS STILL DOING THIS ..

HELP PLEASEE :^) ...

  1. THE INTERNET IS BROKEN TODAY.  YOU ARE JAMMING IT UP WITH CAPS LOCK.  GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY


  2. THE WEBSITES DOWN! GAWD! the website either crashed or is being updated or has other problems... websites have to be in working condition to ya know... u gotta keep updating it and it can crash... it can be hacked... gawd websites dont magically apear out of nowhere
