There are numerous three- and four-way intersections in busy areas around me with manual, non-traffic signal stops, and that only makes turn-signaling vital. But people never cease to amaze me with their seeming arrogance, mixed with laziness, that they don't signal, even if they're turning left. At this one four-way intersection in particular, it's always busy, every lane is filled up, and so to signal your intention makes it flow smoothly. I'll be signaling to turn right, or not signaling as I plan to drive straight ahead, but someone will cut me off, or at least attempt to, by turning left WITHOUT signaling. And they're not sorry in the least. They look at me like I'm the one going early. It just happened again today and it never ceases to both amaze me and anger me.
