Why does it seem "wrong" to go workout at my 24-hour gym very late at night?

I don't need to get up early and it wouldn't bother/hurt anyone for any reason... and nobody I live with has any problem with it. So why does it seem like it's somehow "wrong" to be doing this when most everyone else in the U.S. is sleeping? (Say, Midnight... 1am, etc.) Why does there seem to be a stigma against being up very late? Like it's somehow "wrong."

  1. I think that what you are experiencing is your conscience telling you to be careful.  It could be dangerous being out that time of morning.  Listen and be aware.  Let your conscience be your guide.

  2. The only thing wrong is that exercise would raise your heat rate so when you did go to bed it might take a while for you to get to sleep because of all the endorphins racing around your bloodstream but there's nothing actually "wrong" with it. You're thinking of cat-burglary! :)
