Why does it seem that the US Olympians aren't singing the National Anthem?

Is it just me or do the US Athletes seem the group most likely NOT to sing along with the National Anthem? Are they nervous? Do they not know the lyrics? I would love to see them sing!

  1. or they could be overwhelmed at the fact that they won a medal in the olympics

  4. They probably don't know the words. You'd be surprised as to how many Americans don't know the words to the National Anthem.  Or maybe they are so caught up in the moment the thought never crossed their mind to sing.
