Why does it sometimes take 25 minutes for my message to post and other times it is instant.?

Yahoo has server delays quite often. when it's severe, posts can take days to post, this is a small glitch that many are experiencing including all my groups.

alot of things..yahoo could be working on different areas of there sites which would slow it down. And your server on your end can slow some thing down as well cause of people on all at the same time as well so if yahoo is working on there sites there servers will slow down. It would be hard from them to shut down the site just to work on things when there are more then a million or billion of people on it all on at the same time
