Question:

Why does it take so long to deliver a shirt I ordered when it's not that far away from where I live?

I ordered a shirt a few weeks ago, and it got backordered, and so I had to wait a week and a half until they shipped. They gave me a tracking number, and 2 days ago I checked it, and it was in Elkridge, MD and I was assuming my shirt would arrive on Monday (yesterday) but it didn't, and it didn't arrive today either.

The website where I tracked my order still says Elkridge, MD (I'm in Silver Spring) but I don't see why it would take so long to get a package to my house which I don't think is so far away (Idk where Elkridge is but I'm, guessing it's not THAT far since Maryland is pretty small). Will it be here tomorrow? Why is it taking so long?
