....its not as easy as you think......it takes effort and time to gain that.....aside from giving quality and honest answers....

Dear, how long it takes depends on the quality of your answers and how satisfied questioners are with them. From own experience I just can tell you: give qualified answers which people can depend on, be polite, do not discriminate any nationality but put people in place when necessary.

Offer questioners to email you in case they have additional questions and answer them properly.

Just be helpfull and you'll collect the fruits/points and will get from one lever to the other.
