Why does it tell me that the station's play list has concluded when I click on a LAUNCHcast station?

I have tried different stations but they all give me the same message. On screen it says "Unable to get current song information" and a 9 sec recording that says "This station's play list has concluded, stay tuned for some popular music."

I don't see how it can conclude before it has even started.

You may have a virus mine did when that happened or you may not have a very good computer
