  1. Its his use of oversteer and throttle style that are similar to Senna.... though Senna was unique in that he used to get round corners quicker by putting on full throttle for milliseconds at a time... rather than easing off and on again.... I've seen Lewis do that a few times when you hear the engine blipping and when the broadcast shows the throttle telemetry.... and his use of oversteer allowed him to throw his car into corners more... something that Lewis likes to do too....

Of course its insane to say they are totally alike... its just these certain aspects that Senna used that Lewis is doing too now...

  2. I don't know but ITV need to get that guy a stylist.

  3. no one drive like senna

    not even closer

  4. Allen is a prat, roll on BBC coverage and pray that James Allen is out of a job! Only Ayrton Senna drove like Ayrton Senna.

  5. driving style, aura, personality... completely different!

  6. Because James is an idiot. And I don't know why he is comparing him to Senna. Lewis is a good driver, but he's defiantly not the best. He is HUGELY over rated.

  7. Because he was outstanding which isn't a word I'd chose for Hamilton.

  8. perhaps he's recognised certain aspects of Lewis's driving style that he saw in Senna.

  9. Agree about the man needing a stylist. .he is painful to look at. .

I think he may be using it in the context of 'he's doing a senna' ie driving well in the wet, overtaking with ease. Like when any driver takes someone out deliberately, they would be 'doing a schumacher' *

he should calm it down a tad, it makes him sound a bit unprofessional.

    *(soz mate!)

  10. It's because he's in love with Lewis.

  11. Because he has no idea what he s saying.
