Why does jasmine flowers bloom only in the NIGHT ? Can someone explain this to me.?

  1. Flowers which bloom at night (often white) or are highly-scented at night are usually pollinated by moths.

    The light colour and the scent enable the night-flying moths to locate them for their nectar and inadvertently dust them with pollen from another flower in the process


  2. Because you have night-blooming jasmine.  There are several varieties of jasmine.  My jasmine bloom during the day and at night.
