Why does junk food taste better the healthy stuff?

like junk food taste so good but its so unhealthy? what the reason of that what makes it taste good?

Because these are things that make us gain weight and the caveman part of our brain wants to gain weight all the time. It's kinda like a grizzly bear only eating the brains and eyes of fish before hibernation.(the fattiest part to gain weight for the winter)

I don't think so they taste the same to me. But one is fatty greasy and unhealthy the other one is healthy and not as greasy and not fat (at least not as much)

actually I find healthy stuff like apples, oranges just as or even more tastier than junk food. Junk food has chemicals that make you happier

salt, additives, sugar.....try some healthier food brands like Kashi..They make those foods we love but without all the extras that we dont want

Junk food contains salt and/or sugar, which are both more appealing to our taste buds.  (I don't know why.......)  I always loved junk food, even though I knew it wasn't good for me, but now I read every label and read lots of articles on nutrition, and the constant reminder of what those foods do to our minds and bodies finally broke me of wanting them.
