  1. larger?

I cant find it in any of my food resources online. did you invent some type of new food? I guess we have to know what it is before we give you an answer.

but like the previous said... its prob the acid from your stomach

  2. That is the acids from your stomach not the lager burning your nose.

  3. Its not the lager, as the same happens with coffee and tea. Its the acid from you stomach that causes the burning.

  4. There are a number of reasons lager and other alcoholic beverages can cause nasal cavity sensations.

The first, if you are engaging in negative caloric activity (regurgitation), is certainly the very acidic nature of your stomach when engaging in drinking. This will burn rather heavily.

If you have ever belched through your nose when drinking beer, you have noticed reason number two. Carbonated beverages, including beers, have CO2 in them (that is what makes them carbonated). Carbon dioxide leaves a light burning sensation throughout your respiratory system, though your nasal cavities tend to be far more sensitive, so you feel it there the most. Side note: the gasses passing through are pressed into a smaller space, so the pressure is a bit higher, leading to greater intake at that part of the mucous membranes, and higher sensation.

The third reason is that any remaining alcohol in it will also cause a burning sensation on any sensitive skin, which the skin inside your nose certainly is. Just like putting rubbing alcohol (just denatured ethanol) on a cut, it will cause that familiar and friendly feeling.

  5. its got alchohol in it
