  1. Could you be more specific.  What kind of food are we talking about?

Here's one thought... Putting warm food in a tight container into the fridge can cause condensation to for leaving the food wet.

  2. Well what kind of food?? How are you storing it?? Make sure you store it with a lid on tight!!

  3. Store it in a tupperware or similar plastic container that keeps the air out of it (or zip-lock baggie). The moisture in your refrigerator can get into the food and make it soggy.......

  4. you have to seal it really tight and put in the ref.

  5. it depends what foods you are talking about

but its normally due to the fat/oil that was used to cook it

while its just sitting in your fridge for 12+hrs the oil will soak into the food and completely saturate it, rendering it soggy

  6. i dont know if there is something for them, but im guessing that happens because most foods have their own time. if its cooked, its not likely to stay fresh cause some foods are with others that give off gas that makes others soggy. such as the banana with the fruit. it makes them ripen faster and then rot. i agree with DJ Conquest, those airtight bags work well.

  7. yes there is! you must wrap or put it in an AIR TIGHT container/bag to lock in its freshness.
