  1. ...... love has two faces -

one     if you get your love and the loved one, it is bliss

two    if you dont get it is hurt all the throughout your life,

               a feeling of sadness.

  2. Yep.

    That's what love is.

  3. Love always hurts when it's one-sided.  Dating is all about finding someone who will love you just as you love him and learning what characteristics you want in the man you will spend the rest of your life with.

I remember a T-shirt saying "You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince."  That's the unfortunate part and one that we all have to go through.

It is always hard to let go of someone you care about.  But try to think of it as a journey and another step closer to finding the right person just for you.

Just don't do what I've done a few times:  I stayed with guys I knew weren't right for me because I was insecure.  I was wasting my time when I could have been out there looking........so take a deep breath, tell yourself that it will hurt less and less & get out there & have fun.  Just try to have a good time; it will hurry the healing.

  4. ya, it is chemicals in your brain. It is a type of drug almost. I know you don't want to hear it but...move on! there are plenty other guys out there, and the feeling would wear off eventually anyway. I know its hard, I have been there, but you do get over it eventually.

  5. Wrong expectations can be erased and the chemicals produced allow the medulla to slow down your heart rate. In time this will pass into the blood stream and you will be back to normal.

  6. I'm telling you. There's ALWAYS someone better. ALWAYS. =)

You'll forget about your crush, easily.

  7. When ya get this dull ache right in your chest, wow that's what desire/love is all about.

  8. Been there, it takes time.  Watch the movie "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", it will put things in perspective.

  9. Because you know it's something you can't have, but are perfectly willing enough to delude yourself into believing that one day it could be possible.

All crushes are the same, even the ones that aren't based on love.

My advice would be to talk to the person you have a crush on.

  10. its all normal to feel like this. i felt like this when one of my exes moved overseas. it is easy for people to tell you to move on, but it is hard to do.

I bought a A4 exercise book and wrote a whole lot of letters explaining my feelings and emotions at the time whether it was hate or love.

I didn't show them to anyone, it was just a way of letting go of my emotions.

    It helped.

I eventually read through them and realsied how funny it was for me to feel that way...and i would just laugh it off and tell myself that it was better to move on.

You can try and do what i did and hopefully it will help you.
