  1. When you love someone, you generally expect more from them.

    When they let you down, it is absolutely devastating because you think so highly of them.

  2. i dont know but it sucks doesnt it

  3. I think this is particularly true in a marriage. Whilst you are just going out, or even if you engaged, you each have to work hard to keep the other person. You have to reliable, honest, treat them well, have fun etc.etc.

    For some reason, when you get married you start off with the same ideals but later you become complacent, you feel that you don't have to work hard the keep the relationship together, your married after all, and that's where the problems start. Slowly at first, then it gathers pace.

    You don't go out so often, you don't have to be reliable - I'll do it when I get around to it. You tell white lies about where you have been - you definitely don't say you went for a drinking with the lads. You don't buy her flowers any more, help around the house, go shopping with her. Gradually and slowly you have more rows and your on the slippery slope and there is no turning back.

    I have made this apply to the man doing the wrong things, or doing nothing, but it could equally apply to the woman.It's like walking a tightrope.

  4. cos feelings are like a clock

    1 = hate

    6 = no feeling

    12 = love

    so love is only 5 seconds away from hate lol

  5. familiarity breeds contempt

  6. the two strongest emotions in the world is love and hate like the fine line between sanity and insanity love goes through different stages before it manifest itself in the form of hatred example I end up hating my ex because I loved him so much and gave my all and everything was faithful and all that and when the relationship ended I felt portrayed and like it was for nothing and I can't get back those years it was wasted

  7. I don't know why.

    I wish it didn't but it does and unfortunately, most of the time when it's hate it's hard to turn around again. Worse thing in life, is losing the ones you love.

  8. True love has no hate and does not change.

  9. It doesn't, they are two sides of the same coin. When our love is thwarted or betrayed the coin flips and all the love turns to "hate". Really there is no such thing as hate when you have truly loved someone, there can be many feelings but never true hate.

    As stated, indifference is the true opposite of love, when you feel that you know it is over, whatever "it" was.

  10. Because there is a fine line between the two

  11. magpyre is right iv tried to tell people in the past that indifference

    is the opposite of love but the know-all brigade cant see it. love and

    hate are the same emotion in a different guise

  12. Because its the other side of the same coin, hate isnt the opposite of love, indifference is, if you have feelings for somebody, be it love or hate, then you are having some kind of relationship with them, if you couldnt care less then you are over them!
