  1. She needs to use a pumice stone...and from what you are asking, I am assuming she doesn't know what a pumice stone is.


  2. maybe she gets tired out and walks a lot.

    maybe it's hereditary. Does anyone else in the family have it?

    or she doesn't put anything on her feet to moisturize it.
