Why does mcdonalds sponser the olympics?

and you see all those athletes on the commercials like "mmmmmm this chicken sandwich is so good" when you know d**n well none of them eat that c**p?

  1. Actually you'll be surprised what the athletes eat. There's a McDonald's in the Olympic village and I know for a fact TONS of the athletes eat there, including the USA Basketball team (the one time they went to the village).


  2. From McD's perspective they are sponsors because it's a huge endorsement for their product....

    Their food is not great but people are still responsible for what they choose to eat...

I wondered the same thing.  I'm sure none of them have a fried chicken breast on a buttered flour biscuit for breakfast.  I guess it's to make us fat americans think we can eat s**t and still be in good shape.  I think it is horrible for these athletic olympians to promote this, but I'm sure the money is good.

  4. Certainly They want to market their McDog Sandwich in China.. It's a sandwich making from 100% dog meat..
