  1. medicine tastes horrible because of the active ingredients in it putting sweeteners would harm it  effects and you could say the best sweetner isgetting well

  2. people would drink it like juice then

  3. It is better if medicine has a tolerable taste because it will be more likely that patients will continue taking it. Fairly straightforward to add something to the active ingredient which will make it taste better..although I would probably agree that the reason it's not made to taste too nice is to reduce the risk of an overdose.

  4. I dno supposedly nice tasting medicine doesnt work as well.

  5. Most Probly, They Dont Make Medicine To Taste Nice Its To Make You Better. But Tasting Better Helps. Some Actually Taste Nice :)

  6. they could make it taste better but then people would probably start consuuming too much, especiaally children!

  7. it is suposed to taste horrible, its to make you better, dont want people saying thats nice think i will have some more then overdose.

  8. Making drugs taste better would cost more, and tablets are sometimes coated with sugar to make them tasteless.

With liquid form drugs, like cough medicine, they could easily be put into tablet form (meaning less of a bad after taste by far) but for some reason the market chooses not to, although even the bad tasting cough medicines are full of strong flavouring to cover up the even worse taste of the drug itself.
