For all you people on here who don't know nothing. Miley Cyrus is originally from Franklin, TN, not Texas. She has never lived in Texas. Nashville, TN is where most country singers live or maybe outside of Nashville. I thought everybody knew that.. Her voice sounds fine to me. She is just going through puberty, it will change over the years.
