Why does musicmatch line in recorder no longer work now that i have migrated to yahoo jukebox? ya effing hoooo

when i hit start copy button it goes to cancel copy & MMJB closes down . this is most frustrating as I was using it fine just prior to migrating-is the problem connected?

I do not know the answer to this but I have similar problems. When I migrated it tells me that I have to purchase the plus but when I was with Music match jukebox I bought the full program and all future upgrades. Now thjat Yahoo has took over Musicmatch sucks to high heaven both on product and customer service you can't get **** out of Yahoo. I think music match screwed us all by seeling to Yahoo mr no service.
