  1. Ignore her and walk away from her when she does it, or stick her in a pack 'n play so she sees that she's left alone when she does this.

  2. my son is 14 months too and screams alot as well ive figured out lately it because he wants something and he cant talk so lately ive started putting a few things in front of him that i think he might want and pointing to them and saying what they are ive found this has helped and hes even starting to make sounds but he still screams most of the time just bear with it for a while until she can communicate better

  3. goodness, my neighbors 3 year old does this. they stick her out in the backyard and let her run wild while they go back inside. I can hear her screaming from inside my house and it drives me absoutely nuts. She does it early in the morning, like at 6 or 7 am. and i cant sleep through it.

i feel for you. im prone to migrains and i think i would just have to show my painful expressions and tell her that screaming hurts mommys ears. take her to the park and tell her thats the only place where she can scream like that, but at home,  keep indoor voices quieter. i know she is young, but eventually she will understand, or grow out of it.

    good luck

  4. You should ignore their "fake cries" when they're young, even at 6 months! They can get into a bad habit, so change it fast!
